Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SK Dresses, we are committed to delivering quality girls’ and kids’ clothing with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or altered clothing.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Items purchased during clearance, discount sales, or special offers.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products and are subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear product images.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• In other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

7. How to Raise a Request

To initiate cancellation, return, or refund requests, please contact our support team with your Order ID and relevant details. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
